What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address, your chosen language, and the date you signed up.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

Why we collect it

To let you know when our product is ready, to send the occasional update you signed up for, and to reply to your enquiries. Nothing more — we only email when there is something worth saying.

How it is stored and sent

Waitlist entries are stored securely in our database (Supabase). Emails are sent through Resend. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing support@medu5.com — we action deletion requests promptly.

Cookies

The site uses only what is needed to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
